Len & Suzanne: An Artistic Tribute to Nerja

Len, an avid painter, and his wife Suzanne have made Nerja their winter sanctuary for years. Unfortunately, an accident prevented their visit this year, but their hearts remain tethered to Nerja, looking forward to their return in 2025. Len shares a captivating painting of Suzanne, a testament to the inspiration drawn from Nerja’s enchanting light and vibrant scenery.

“Myself and my wife Suzanne love Nerja. We discovered it s few years ago and now spend every winter there. We could not go this year due to an accident I had, but we are already booked in for 2025. As a painter I love the weather and the light that gives me so much inspiration. I have attached a painting I did of my beautiful wife. It is located just outside of the Townhouse we rent every year from Carasol Nerja. We miss Nerja and the Spanish people so much this winter and please God we will be back to our happy place next January.

What can I say!!! Nerja is the most magical place. When I arrive I instantly feel like my soul is home. I have attached some photos of what makes it special for me. I have been coming back to Nerja every year. The beaches, the tapas, the locals so friendly and kind. The cats. I want to take care of all of them .The sunrises, the moon, the breathtaking views ️.And lastly yoga. Being able to breathe and flow next to the ocean is a blessing. I will definitely be planning another trip this year as it’s calling my soul back again.
