Job Description: We are looking for an exceptionally talented person in communication and organisation to welcome our guests and make their stay unforgettable. If you have an advanced degree in tourism accommodation management or a related qualification, you are the perfect candidate! As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our company and ensure that every detail of the stay is perfect. You will handle reservations, attend to guests’ needs and resolve issues with grace and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2) is essential for this position.
- Proficiency in the use of property management systems (PMS) and office software.
- Valid driving license to check in/check out at the different accommodations in Nerja.
- Availability of rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include:
- Reservation management and availability control.
- Resolution of incidents and proactive customer service.
- Efficient check in and check out of accommodation.
- Collection and invoicing management.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards the needs of our guests.
