What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in cleaning tourist accommodation (preferred).
- Driving licence B.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Residence in Nerja or surrounding area.
Working Hours:
- Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Two days off per week.
- Working from Monday to Sunday.
We strongly believe in the importance of providing our guests with a clean and safe environment during their stay. To achieve this, we have developed a meticulous and highly standardised cleaning process that ensures the highest quality in the cleanliness of our tourist accommodation.
Our cleaning teams, consisting of 2 to 3 people, work together in a synchronised manner. This collaboration allows for a thorough and efficient cleaning of each property. In addition, before any guest enters one of our properties, our housekeeper conducts a thorough check to ensure that our cleaning process has been rigorously adhered to.
Our cleanup process includes:
- Deep Cleaning and Maintenance: Every corner of our properties undergoes regular deep cleaning and maintenance. This involves dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming and floor washing, and any other treatment necessary to keep the place in the best possible condition.
- Hygiene and Cleaning in Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchens and Common Areas: We pay special attention to critical areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas. These areas are thoroughly disinfected to ensure maximum hygiene and comfort for our guests.
- Bedding and Towel Change: We maintain exceptional quality standards when it comes to changing bed linen and towels. Each item is washed, ironed and laid with care to ensure the freshness and cleanliness our guests expect.
- Standardised Process: We use a standardised process that has been perfected over time. This ensures that every space is impeccable and that no detail is overlooked.
In addition, our cleaning process is also in place to detect any damage or problems with the property and report them to our maintenance service immediately, ensuring that any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
