Casasol boosts security and expands its presence in Nerja with new facilities.


At Casasol, we work every day with a clear goal: to offer owners and guests the best experience in the tourist accommodation sector. Our model is based on transparency, respect, responsibility and security, values that guide us in every decision and are the basis of the trust placed in us.

Casasol Security Centre: protection and peace of mind

We have launched the Casasol Security Centre, a pioneering system in our area that reinforces the protection of the properties we manage.

Cameras will be installed at the main entrances to the properties at no cost to the owners. These cameras are battery and/or solar powered, do not require electrical installation and are configured to record only the access area, in strict compliance with data protection regulations.

Guaranteed regulatory compliance

The system has been designed in accordance with the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

  • Limited focus: the camera covers the entrance door, the façade itself or the interior of the property. If it is unavoidable to capture a small section of the street or landing, this is done to a minimum extent.
  • Adjusted angle and range: the camera’s orientation prevents it from capturing more than necessary. In addition, masking software is used to block unauthorised areas with black grids.

The images will be under the exclusive control of the Casasol team, will only be stored for the legally established period and will be used exclusively for security purposes.

New Casasol spaces in Nerja

Security is just one of the improvements we are implementing. Casasol is in the midst of expansion, with projects that will mark a before and after in Nerja’s tourism management:

  • Comprehensive redesign of Calle Los Huertos: our main premises will undergo a complete refurbishment this winter. The space will be transformed into an innovative meeting point that will offer a unique experience for both owners and guests, reflecting the friendly and professional character of Casasol.
  • New Maintenance Centre: just opposite our premises in Los Huertos, we will be opening an exclusive space for our technical department. This will allow us to optimise coordination, reduce response times and offer a more agile and efficient service.
  • Office in Chaparil – Mirador de Nerja Building: with this new representation, we will be even closer to our clients, expanding our presence in the city and reinforcing our personalised service.
  • Our own laundry with internal quality control: a key investment to ensure that every textile we deliver meets the highest standards. With our own washing and control system, we guarantee consistency, impeccable hygiene and total confidence in every room.
